Established 65 years ago in Stalbridge, Dorset, Crib House Farm saw Dan as the third-generation farmer. Starting with a small milk business, Dan later founded the Dorset Dairy Co, specializing in Dorset Strained Yoghurt. Nestled in the picturesque Blackmore Vale, the farm prioritizes sustainability, using modern technology for energy efficiency, and participating in Environmental Land Management schemes. We use high-quality, free-range milk from local family dairy farms. We knew that we only wanted to source milk from a dairy with the same ethos as us, which is why we approached Barber’s Cheese Makers.
