From the Piedmont countryside, freshly harvested walnuts are harvested and soaked in the purest delicate local acacia honey. The bitter crunch of walnuts combines perfectly with the soft sweetness of acacia honey made by beekeepers in the lower Piemonte region. Eaten with cheese, the honey brings harmony in its sweetness but it’s an incredible partner to any dessert too!

Produced by an artisanal company at the heart of the rich gastronomic heritage of the Alto Monferrato region in Piemonte. Harvesting secrets of the surrounding forests and hills have passed through many generations, symbols of culture and tradition. From grandfather Emilio cultivating porcini mushrooms in the 1920s, he and wife Marina constantly search for genuine and distinctive flavours for their mushrooms, olives and vegetable preserves. Proud winners of the “Piedmont Artisanal Excellence” award.
How to enjoy: Paired with desserts, cakes, ice creams or as an accompaniment to cheeses.
