Our homemade black pudding (250g/9oz) has won several awards and is made to our own secret recipe. Although it’s traditionally eaten with a full-English breakfast, black pudding can also be used in Lancashire Hotpot and other dishes – just ask our butchers for suggestions and inspiration.
