Ideal for marinating meats, simmering into stews, or drizzling over roasted vegetables (once reduced), RoniB's Kitchen Adobo Sauce transforms ordinary meals into something truly special.
Adding coconut milk creates a creamy rich sauce.

TIPS ON COOKING ADOBO
one jar is good for 500g of meat
add water or coconut milk for robust meats that require longer cooking hours
marinade it first in the sauce before cooking
do not stir until the vinegar has been cooked out
best eaten the day
